A little about me
Caitlyn Tucker is in her first year as an assistant director at Keller Middle School. Ms. Tucker attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. During her time at SHSU, Ms. Tucker participated in various performing ensembles including: the Sam Houston Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Symphony Orchestra, and the Bearkat Marching Band. She also studied Oboe under Dr. Kristen Sarvela.
As a part of these ensembles, Ms. Tucker had the opportunity to perform at the Texas Music Educators Association Convention in 2020 as well as the College Band Director National Association Ensemble in 2020.
Ms. Tucker has had the opportunity to teach private lessons, as well as working on staff for Bocal Majority Double Reed Summer Camps!
Outside of the music world, Ms. Tucker and her Fiancé, Will, are huge Star Wars Fans! They have two Cats names Kylo Ren and Obi Wan.
