Volunteer Opportunities
Marching Season | |

Concessions | Work the concession stand during home games (15 per game) |
Spirit Sales | Sell spirit wear at home games (3 per game) |
Pit Crew | Move percussion equipment on and off the field during the half-time show |
Equipment Truck | Load and unload equipment on the truck before and/or after games |
Truck Driver | Driver with CDL needed |
Pictures | Take pictures of the band during rehearsals, games, and contests |
Video Half-Time | Video the band during the half-time shows |
March-A-Thon | Volunteers need to: provide snacks, work rest stops, walk with the band, serve lunch |
Senior Night | November - Help with the event honoring graduating seniors and their parents at the last home football game |
Photo Button | Sometime during the first two weeks of August help assemble photo buttons |
Water Brigade | Help ice down and transport drinks for the band |
Band Preview Night | August-Help with the membership packet stuffing, handing out membership packets, picking up and serving frozen treats or selling bottled water |

Corporate Sponsorship | Be the contact person to coordinate tracking and acquisition or corporate sponsorships |
Senior Video Production | Help collect pictures or to provide the seniors with some guidance on the booster band video |
Hospitality/Kitchen | Organize and feed the band meals during contests or to help bake or bring treats for the band |
Cookie Sales | Help sell cookies during the students' lunch periods |
Uniform | Help with repairs on band uniforms or concert attire |
